@Cryptobrownie2 In most countries, a complaint or FIR is not enough for you to get a signed warrant for arrest. It may be due to the police incompetency, but it is a fact that police efficiency differs from country to country. Requesting an arrest warrant to be issued is thus needed.

What should you do in the case of a rug / scam? If the project is KYC'd, make sure to file a complaint to the authorities and ask for a warrant. Once one is made, the KYC agency can submit the KYC details to the police. It is your money and your right. #Avalanche #Fantom #NFT

Ways to ensure you are doing a safe trade : 1. The project MUST have KYC and Multisig. 2. Website (Testnet) and Contract should be announced before the launch. If it seems fishy, it most probably is. 3. The project has a Solidify KYC 👀 #NFT #DeFi #Avalanche #AVAX #P2E

After all, it’s the people’s money, if they knew what steps were being taken they would feel safe. Not throwing shade but something to consider!
