Dr. Angus Dalgleish — one of Britain’s most respected oncologists and immunologists — is sounding a serious alarm.
He warns that we’ve entered a new dark age in universities, scientific research, and government, driven by political correctness and woke ideology.
Dalgleish calls it a cancer that has infected the heart of academia and the soul of the civil service. Political correctness, he says, is fundamentally anti-scientific: it decides in advance what you’re allowed to say, observe, and conclude. Truth becomes secondary to dogma.
He compares the current denial to alcoholism — nothing gets fixed until institutions first admit there’s a deep problem.
It’s a sobering warning from a senior scientist who has watched the rot spread for years.
The clip is only 1:56 long, but it hits hard.
Are we already too far gone, or is there still time to push back before these institutions completely lose their ability to seek truth?

A reminder. There are no "extra police officers". Only same ones working longer shifts, being moved from other areas and having their days off cancelled. #JobLikeNoOther

Actions have consequences - which is why @MetPoliceUK will be taking a zero-tolerance approach to criminality and disorder over the Bank Holiday weekend, with extra officers deployed and dispersal powers available.

@ZoeJardiniere Let's imagine for a moment that what you say about who owns the North Sea is true (it isn't) and that private companies would only sell the fuel abroad (they wouldn't).
The UK would still benefit from the additional tax revenues and the improvement in balance of payments.

44 years ago today, during the Falklands War, my husband stood on the front line defending our British flag in the South Atlantic.
This is him on the left, captured in this moment after the battle, hands on his head, taken as a prisoner of war. He fought with courage alongside his comrades in the bitter cold and harsh conditions, doing what so many young British servicemen did, answering the call to protect British sovereignty. Until ordered to lay down arms by the Governor Rex Hunt!
Today we remember the bravery of all who served in the Falklands. The ones who came home, the ones who didn’t, and the families who waited and worried. 🫡🇬🇧
To my husband - I’m so proud of the man you were then, and the man you are now. Thank you for your service. 🫡❤️🇬🇧
It makes me furious to watch spineless traitors like Keir Starmer eagerly handing over our sovereign lands at every opportunity and betraying everything people like my husband and his comrades fought, bled and suffered for 🤬🇬🇧

On this day in 1982, the Falkland Islands were invaded by Argentina.
Today, we remember the bravery and actions of @RoyalMarines Naval Party 8901 and Members of the Falkland Islands Defence Force who fought to defend our Islands against overwhelming odds. 🇫🇰🇬🇧

@____Foxtrot____ They don’t care, no self awareness. Most senior officers spend minimal time on the frontline, even less on public order duties.
Managers (poor ones), using promotion to escape from police work. Yet media seem to love them 🤷♂️
Not leaders.

What these former Detective Superintendents turned police pundits don’t realise is they were actually a big part of the problem.
As they pocket cash for any interview they can get, they fail to realise the showcasing of their own operational (and personal) inadequacies.

Former Met Detective Superintendent Shabnam Chaudhri 'I'd have been scared if I was faced with a load of young kids'. We need more resilient senior police officers. I don't want SLT telling the public they are scared of children on national radio; it's bad for public confidence.

Ben Jamal, head of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, and Chris Nineham of the Stop the War Coalition both now convicted criminals.
Let us remember, however, that the conditions they breached were imposed to stop their antisemitic hate march from routing past a synagogue on a Saturday.
Their sentence? Conditional discharge. An absolute joke. This government still does not take antisemitism seriously.
