FACT: Child care now costs $15,000 a year in Wisconsin–more than UW tuition. That's unacceptable. We need to treat affordable child care as a priority, not an afterthought.

But they were bleeding cash overall, spending heavily on salaries (43% of budget in 2022 went to staff compensation) while giving out very little in actual grants. Most of the big money came from dark donor-advised funds that don’t have to name the real people behind them:$1 million in 2021 from Donors Trust (a big conservative pass-through). $500,000 in 2022 from the Bradley Impact Fund (tied to the Bradley Foundation). Other chunks from National Christian Charitable Foundation, Thrivent, Club for Growth, etc. Who was getting Zionist/Israeli money donated through Club For Growth? Thomas Massie. These donors stay hidden, which is legal for a 501(c)(4) like this, but it means you can’t easily trace who’s really bankrolling Flynn’s operation. Why These Board Members Are Baling When people like Lynz Piper-Loomis, Sun Tzu, and Liz Crokin quit in May/June 2026, it lines up with ongoing questions about this family-first spending, plus the serious accusations floating around. Donors and advisors don’t want their names tied to potential scandals or IRS headaches over how the money is used. Nonprofits like this get extra scrutiny when family members pull big paychecks while the mission is “protecting kids.” Why Are They Jumping Ship Now? Trump's team launched a Task Force to Eliminate Fraud in March 2026. This includes heavy IRS and DOJ focus on nonprofits especially ones that: • Pay big salaries to insiders/family (self-dealing). • Have messy finances or dark money donors. • Operate in hot-button areas like election work or "child protection" (which can draw extra audits if accusations are floating around). The administration is also pushing broader nonprofit scrutiny: foreign influence probes, domestic terrorism funding checks, and reviews of groups that spent heavily on political-adjacent stuff. Nonprofits are nervous across the board because IRS referrals to DOJ for criminal tax issues ramped up. How This Hits Flynn's America’s Future Group • The group already has a documented history of heavy family payouts (over $510k to Flynn relatives in 2021-2022 alone, while bleeding cash overall). That's the kind of thing that screams "self-dealing" under new fraud audits.
