Holy moly, I finally vibe coded a website I’ve always dreamt of building 🥹 Nah, it’s not a Blender model. Not even for 3D podium. It’s pure geometry built using @threejs with color maps (albedo), spring-based physics, a hybrid DOM, real-time planar reflections, and more. Completely vibe coded all using Gemini 3 Pro in @GoogleAIStudio!! Live: basketball-beryl-nine.vercel.app

@tranmautritam Well, I didn’t do exactly that but did something similar using AI :) x.com/thebuggeddev/s…

Saw @shuding’s recent post on @vercel Ship 26 and the release of the v2 Globe library and thought why not try vibe coding one myself Presenting to you, a vibe coded globe built with @threejs using a custom GLSL shader with fresnel rim lighting and directional diffuse darkening for smooth theme transitions. I used both Gemini 3.1 Pro in @GoogleAIStudio for main globe work with flat laid text rim and Codex for the dark and light theme effect :) Demo: vercel-ship-26.vercel.app Code: github.com/thebuggeddev/v…

I sent one of our developers undercover on X. No real name. No portfolio. No credentials. Just AI-built projects posted from a blank account (@thebuggeddev). Within weeks, the creator of Three.js noticed. 5 client projects. A job offer. Nobody knew it was a test. Until now. youtu.be/uqpXAfNEY4g

You’ve been asking for it for a while, and it’s finally here… a tutorial on how I vibe coded the 3D basketball website you all loved. I’m also sharing my full workflow for how I vibe code different websites apps dashboards you’ve seen on my Twitter. Go check it out and show some love so I can keep making more tutorials like this in the future :) youtu.be/uqpXAfNEY4g?si…

@ugnead @GoogleAIStudio It does. Very well does. I often iterate, more like 30-50 and it goes smoothly. I vibe coded a client's 3D project completely in Aistudio using Gemini and it was simply smooth :)

@thebuggeddev @GoogleAIStudio the real test will be when clients ask for revisions lol, curious if gemini can handle design feedback as smoothly as it handled the initial build 👀

Gemini 3.1 Pro one shotted this entire landing page just by referencing an attached design image in @GoogleAIStudio. Zero assets. All vibe coded, everything. AI is truly setting a standard here. Just 1–2 years ago, building a website like this would have been considered impressive. Now it’s becoming the baseline. Designers will need to push their creativity even further to stay ahead and bring more value to community. Full Prompt in 🧵

@thebuggeddev @Lovable Yeah its pretty amazing. You can also make it generate videos. For this site, the entire background videos is generated by Lovable, and just prompted it to piece them together.

Wait… @Lovable actually generated images on the fly while generating the code without me even writing a prompt for it 😱 Never seen a vibe coding tool do that before. It did it just by referencing the attached design image. No MCP SIM SIPPY. In fact, it even one shotted the design I shared for this mobile app and built a mobile first version since Expo is not supported yet. This is seriously amazing work by Lovable!!

@DhruvalGolakiya You may not have experimented enough with Codex. I’ve built this and several other frontend focused applications using Codex :) x.com/thebuggeddev/s…
The Bugged Dev@thebuggeddev

AI cooked it. All of it in Awwwards style. That’s the tweet. From button clicks and keyboard presses to swipe gestures and rapid interactions, Codex handled everything with @greensock to create this awwwards like website. Design credit to @Bogdanlifestyle. I took inspiration from their design and let AI cook the rest. Assets generated with @NanoBanana and whole thing was vibe coded by Codex GPT 5.3, which many people think is not good with UI, lol✨ Live: helmetz-mocha.vercel.app

Only reason I still use claude code is for UI For some reason codex is so bad at following UI instructions

For a simple reason that I didn’t want to see “Your limit will reset at 12am” in middle of work progress :D That said, Gemini works best for me when it comes to UI and 3D work. Codex is also very similar in terms of generation quality. I haven’t had much chance to try Claude because of its limits, but at this point I feel like all of these models are equally capable. You can use any of them. What really matters is how and what you’re prompting. Also, Gemini and Codex are much cheaper with more credits and produce results that are just as good, if not better, than Claude, so I’m sticking with them :)

@AvinashSingh_20 Exactly. All of these recent models are really good and feel almost equally capable, much better than they were even a couple of months ago. Now it’s up to us to use them well and produce great results :)

@wesbos That AI slop on the right feels like Claude generated output 😂 I’ve been vibe coding a lot lately, and Gemini and Codex generate decent quality code. If you prompt better, you’ll get cleaner code.

Damnn, finally vibe coded something I’ve always wanted to build for such a long time that too without touching a single line of code. I saw this helmet ecom design on Dribbble by @Bogdanlifestyle and immediately jumped to @NanoBanana to generate these 3D helmets. And then used them with Codex to vibe code this sleek animated carousel that supports both keyboard navigation and drag-and-drop transitions. Literally loved vibe coding this 🫠 Live: helmetz-mocha.vercel.app Code: github.com/thebuggeddev/h…
