@JusJazzinOut My favorite part is when the AI breaks and forgets it's supposed to be raising a middle finger.

This is my fav video on the internet rn 😭

@TW0HEADEDBEAST One of the biggest problems with Amber in the show is in the comics you actually see her slowly deduce Mark's secret identity, whereas in the show she just magically knows out of nowhere. It ironically makes comic Amber look smarter despite her being depicted as ditzy.

@zectlix_draws Why stop there? I would love a sequel that expands on this game. There's a void for 4-player free-for-all shooters it can fill.
English

Assault for sure, I played that game so so many times. Alongside the multiplayer modes with my brother lmao, I hope Nintendo makes a remake for the switch 💔

Star Fox fans, whats your favorite game in the series? Mine is Assualt

@Bronzodi4 @BrielleM7 As I said, it doesn't matter. The show actively demonstrates the worst case scenarios while simultaneously lecturing Mark for doing what he can to avoid it happening. It's trying to have its cake and eat it.
English

@theta_zero @BrielleM7 If anything they are safer knowing, to take precautions or to distance themselves from the hero instead of unknowingly being put in danger.
English

@Grimm_kkz33 Peppy said this as I crashed my Arwing into a wall and exploded violently.
English

@Bronzodi4 @BrielleM7 Then there is active cognitive dissonance in the show because, regardless if you are correct, Mark is directly and negatively impacted by people knowing his secret identity, hence why people find Amber's lecturing frustrating.
English

@theta_zero @BrielleM7 The secret identity trope is as bullshit as the no killing rule, all the loved ones of a superhero are more safe knowing than trying to keep a relationship with them while having no clue. Any that are written otherwise is plot armor.
English

@friedPeeP Weird because not only did I play it before seeing any review, I played it a second and third time and unlocked everything to see if it clicked like most Platinum games and I wound up not liking it, but I grew to adore Wonderful 101 which notoriously had a steep learning curve.

This is a fantastic game once you don't have a bitch in your ear saying that it's bad

@Meriostar_64 Holding both shoulder buttons lets you charge a lock-on shot with A without locking on, which makes it so you always get a hit bonus of +1 even on a single enemy, making the high score easier to reach.

99% of the problems with Star Fox Zero is that you get a mediocre version of all the genres it pulls from. The rail shooting and third person is slow and tedious for first person, and the first person gimmick doesn't convey your position so you constantly ram into things.
Jon Cartwright@JonComms
I think 99% of the problems from Star Fox Zero come down to not interpreting it as a first person game, which it is First clip is the TV view, second clip is the gamepad. The shooting doesn't make much sense in third person because it's meant for spacial aid rather than aiming

@RowdyLout @AdriWindGB Who said it was personal? You're trying really hard to make something out of this. It's just a video game, you don't need to get heated because people you clearly don't like aren't playing it.
English

@theta_zero @AdriWindGB It’s a skill based game as Star fox always was. It’s not personal. But you don’t know what you’re talking about. Go play animal crossing where you belong.
English

@RowdyLout @AdriWindGB I'm not asking anyone to dumb it down, I'm explaining what turned me and the people who didn't want to play it away. If you want to keep it an exclusive club for you and the ten other people who like it, you're free to. I'm going to just do something I enjoy, instead.
English

@theta_zero @AdriWindGB Yes, talking to fans of a game that millions already enjoy is going to convince us that we need to dumb it down for you.
English

@RowdyLout @AdriWindGB Yes, I'm sure elitism will convince me and the millions of other people who don't like this game that the gimmick isn't awkward and unfun.
English

@theta_zero @AdriWindGB Spoken like a guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing.
English

@frozensequel12 I can't believe how many people do this, and how many more think it's cute.

@RogersBase The farthest I will budge on Zero is that it has moments where the gameplay is fun. But they're just small diamonds in an entire ocean of roughs.
English

@Stealth40k 64 is the most fun, Assault right behind it. After that, I would play 2 and then 1. Command isn't great and Adventures is just a Zelda clone and a very mediocre one at that. Zero is impossible to play in multiple senses.
English

@MemesUpMyAss The complaint at the time was that it wasn't traditional Metal Gear gameplay. I still believe they were a vocal minority, though. Most people adored MGR on release.
English

@KirPinkFury Having played Adventures and Assault recently, Adventures does not hold up as well as Assault does.
