@8biteric It’s obvious it will never be ported to the switch because the scoring system and game balancing requires the gyro controls. The controls are completely tied to the hit counter. You could never play this game with a pro controller. Need a new Star Fox instead.

Proof that Star Fox Zero’s controls work, if you’ve never played Star Fox Zero before. The mistake is to be afraid of the controls scheme, it’s actually more comfortable than SF64 once you know the flow. Not as limiting. Super Mario Galaxy will bring new fans #starfox #Mario

Listened and read dozens of reviews for the Galaxy movie. - Beautiful looking film with great music (no licensed music really) - Some really great choreographed fight scenes. - Littered wall to wall with big and small easter eggs, mostly pointless ones just there to be there. - Yoshi and Rosalina have small roles, in fact Rosalina is hardly in the movie, fox has more time than her. - Fox is an incredible stand out in the film and at times can feel like it's HIS movie, Star fox fans will be eating good! - Doesn't really feel like a Galaxy movie, mostly a mash up of other games. - Really no plot here at all (Jiggling keys strikes again) - Super fast paced and crowded. - Movie is mostly for kids and die hard fans only.

@TBOGaming @NabbitFan730 @AdriWindGB It’s an action game is what I’m driving at. Like the aquarosa is designed for score attack as you improve. If you master bomb volleys with long distance shooting, it’ll raise out of the water faster, and you can kill it under 30 seconds. Many such cases in star Fox.

But the score attack feature like in most games is just another small feature part of the whole. Something as more of a personal self challenge.

@TBOGaming @NabbitFan730 @AdriWindGB I would disagree, the whole game is designed around improving and getting better. If you ignore the score attacks, you’re cutting yourself off from a significant portion of the game. Collecting badges and medals are geared towards teaching you how to improve.

@RowdyLout @NabbitFan730 @AdriWindGB There similarities are simply that star fox has an element of piloting ships and accomplishing either one or more objectives. Everything else is dependent on how they want to approach it game design wise. Score attacks are just one small aspect if you want to challenge yourself.

@AdriWindGB This is the most fun mission in the game. Unfortunately it is by an extremely large margin. It also doesn't use motion control gimmicks because it's too fast. I really believe this is what Platinum wanted to make before being forced to shoehorn in the Wii U's gimmick.

So they have a unique interpretation of Star Fox gameplay inside their head. The skill based gameplay designed into the series gets in the way of seeing the whole picture

The only reason why most hold 64 in such high regard was because for many it was their first and one of the best. I play because I love the story/characters and gameplay period.

@NabbitFan730 @AdriWindGB Ya there’s many ways to combo. Either charge shot, cancel locks. Power up stacking, flying through arches to reveal hidden enemies. Theres a lot of hidden opportunities for extra hits
