@tjittef VanMoof has the mindset of an ostrich. They act like: If we make a bicycle that won't break down on *us*, all *our* problems go away. They never think about customer paying a lot of money for a product and it's worth Y or Z to them. They have no empathy or something like that.

#vanmoof is blind to its customers and doesn't see the service they provide is hurting the brand and is not in line with the brand story.
If this is the future of biking with peace of mind, biking will not have a long future :(

@VanFooBar I'm still hoping they can change their mindset toward the customer/service. I would love to ride the new model (S5), but how can I justify it to myself if their aftercare is so bad? And by the sound of it declining fast.I Hope Gillian Tans can change things if there is still time
