@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa If you studied Islam properly you would know you obey the ruler in what is halal, and disobey in what is haram. It’s common sense, just a tiny little brain of yours can’t comprehend. Not 1 scholar will say let the ruler ruin your honor. Fear Allah and study Islam

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa Also why would you defend ulema today that allies with rulers who are american agents. Like follow other ulema that don't. If the ruler raped your mom would you follow the scholar who was just silent and make these post?

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa I told you there was a Caliphate and legitimate islamic rule not an american agent that was conspiring against islam and who has ulema supporting him. I hope you see the difference

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa were those scholars of the salaf cowards? They went as far as saying remain patient and have sabr in Al Hajjaj while he was killing the sahaba and oppressing Muslims. Was Hasan Al Basri a coward for saying the ones who rebelled Al Hajjaj were wrong? Mind you sahaba and tabi’.

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa The scholars who are silent of the munkar and employees of an american agent are cowards at best and if they aid them then they are complicit.

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa The ones who rebelled against him believed he was a kaffir, the ones who didn’t rebel and stayed patient and advised in private didn’t takfir him. We don’t see the ones who rebelled call the other side palace scholars or insult them. You need to learn the WHY.

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa The system was an islamic Caliphate and he was an unjust ruler and will be hold accountable for it but don't compare those times with modern day secular rulers who are product of colonization and agents of the west.

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa I don’t disagree, many rulers are bare minimum faasiqeen. We do not make tabdi’ or slander the scholars unless there is clear cut proof that they misguide the rulers. If they remain patient and advise privately because they see the maslaha in that over advocating for rebellion

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa part 2: as kuffar, zalim or fasiq. I don't make takfeer on people as it requires certainty and I don't have to make takfeer to make my point so hence why I call them muslims. But they are fasiq and their scholars they bought are fasiq like them.

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa Was Al Hajjaj righteous? Killed companions, slaughtered Abdullah Ibn Zubayr grandson of Abu Bakr infront of his mother? Killed people who recited a certain Quranic style that he didn’t like? Killed 100k+ righteous people many of them being sahabis and tabi’s.

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa You are far from consistent. By Allah if we were to be consistent with your standards you’d crumble and have to insult many of the people from the salaf. You believing the ruler is Muslim, but still saying all of this shows your jahl

@tryehaa @Alghurabaaaaaa My scholars? I am consistent. Any Muslim scholars today who is on the payroll of the ruler who does not rule by islam is equivalent to Al-Fawzan. Its doesn't matter if he is ashari, salafi or shia. And I never made takfeer on the scholars not even the ruler.

@SamNEW2026 @Alghurabaaaaaa This can be said towards anyone, your tiny little brain can’t comprehend basic principles. We could say the same for your scholars who are close to their leaders. We can go as far as making takfir on Adnani for saying you get closer to Allah by washing feet of baghdadi.

@shahmir69420 @DoeMax2025 @AlDonFodio You don’t understand a lick of the Shaykh’s book.Go study Islam properly before trying to apply it. The salaf themselves had disputes on who was and wasn’t a kaffir. You don’t see them saying whoever doesn’t takfir a kaffir is a kaffir to each other. There is tafsil to the qawl

The kufr of not making takfīr of a Tāghūt Gov Ibn al-Tubbān Al-Maghribi [d. 371AH] By Allah, I do not fear for them because of sins, for their Rabb is karīm. Rather, I fear that they may doubt the kufr of Banī ʿUbayd [the Fatimid state], and thus enter the Fire.

@KeroVibe_o @MihirRMA @nihari_muncher If you knew a lick of Islam, you’d know if someone’s wife is killed he has the right given from Allah to protect his honor and kill the guy who did so. No man lets his wife get killed and he does nothing about it. You are better off dying while protecting her honor. You filth

@shezislam @AlDonFodio I can bring you cases where he takfirs the amal without dwelling into the i’tiqad. No one says Albani was free of irja. May Allah forgive him from the irja he was upon. He was a great Imam but these people who spread these posts takfir him. Fear Allah

From the apparent meaning of Albānī’s statement, where he says kufr amali is all kufr asghar unless accompanied with kufr i’tiqadi — this is ʾirjāʾ without a doubt. Istibdāl is not what I’m referring to, you originally brought a statement from S͟hayk͟h Ṣāliḥ on Istiḥlāl Amali and compared it to Kufr Amali to defend Albānī here, when Ṣāliḥ wouldn’t even agree with Albānī on this issue.

Close student of Albani says to him: O Sheikh there is ijma’ from Ibn Kathir & 6 other scholars on the kufr of one who replaces Shari’ah, likewise MiAW includes it in meaning of Taghut Albani: Kufr ‘amali is all kufr asghar unless its accompanied by kufr i’tiqadi [irja’ of jahm]
