New Year’s resolutions are coming. Can you feel it? People promising to hit the gym 5 times a week, build their dream physique, and transform their lives - this time for real. January rolls in, gyms are packed. By February? 98% of them are gone. It’s the same cycle every year. Don’t be that person. Start now. Get ahead. Build the momentum before January 1st. When the New Year hits, don’t just start - be already halfway down the path and ready to keep going. Success doesn’t start on a Monday or January 1st. It starts the moment you decide to act.

Something that has slowly hit me at the age of 23. That success in any realm is totally your responsibility. The sooner you realize that blaming time, money, or opportunity won’t get you anywhere, the faster you can focus on what you can control.

The best relationships aren’t effortless, they’re intentional. Something that I have really understood recently is that you intentionally build your relationship up, go through the thick and thin together. Only to come out the other side much stronger and closer.

Working on yourself is so important! This post talks about before finding your person, but it’s so important before starting your business too. If the cash isn’t flowing how you may like, it might be you that’s the problem! Focus on your mindset first, business second 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The importance of working on yourself before finding your person. I think a lot of people skip over this part - taking care of yourself first before looking for a relationship with someone you truly want to be with... for the long haul. Because isn’t that the point? To be with them forever, right? The truth is, it starts with you. Work on your mindset. Improve your body, explore new ideas, read more, get some stories under your belt, learn from people smarter than you. Become someone you’d actually want to spend time with. And learn what a solid relationship looks like from the ground up. I wouldn’t have met my partner if I hadn’t spent years working on myself before I even knew she existed. It’s crazy... one or two different choices, and I might have never met her. So here’s my take: Grow yourself first before you try to grow with someone else. Just like a plant has to take root before it blooms. When you keep yourself accountable and focus on building the best version of you, the right person will show up when you least expect it. I thought I'd never find someone who truly matched me.

I made $10,187 in profit in the first 28 days of my business... then lost it all. Yes - what you read is absolutely correct. The story goes like this: I had an idea back in 2022 for a business because of a 20-second clip from @GadzhiIman I pondered on it for a month. I took action towards the business and learned how I am going to provide the service. I found a highly effective strategy for acquiring clients. Incomes a $10,000 first month. The strategy got took over due to external factors after 3 months. New method of getting clients was needed. New method acquired and did not work for 3 months, which was expected. New method starts working very well for a long time. Changed something to test if it would be better, resulted in 1 bad month. Back to the same as before, doing good. Ready to scale up for the 2024. I take a "break" after grinding the entire year, waking at 7am and sleeping at 4am some days. I thought I could take as long of a break as I wanted. Without any repercussions... I was spending and spending, without doing the work - traveling, chilling, spending a little bit on myself. The week break turned into 6 months. I was severely wrong. My method that was consistent for months completely stopped working. I panicked. My money was gone. Back to the drawing board I went. Spending, learning, spending, and more learning. Applying all the knowledge I learnt and becoming confident it would work so well. I launch it, using the same method of acquiring clients. But, this time with what I thought were "upgrades." The offer was upgraded, the system was improved, the scalability was heightened. Silence. Days go past, thinking it will take some time. Data comes in showing me this is not going to work. Poof. I just made the greatest mistake and probably the most impactful wrong decision I have ever made for myself and my future. From something where I could have got to where I always dreamed of. For it all to come crashing down. Due to no one’s but my own fault. The lesson here is, when something is working, keep on going until you don't need it to work anymore. It is a reason why I have created this account. To document the journey of rising back up again and to bring others along for the ride and uplift others in the process. Thank you for reading.

I was unhealthily skinny, so I made a change - here’s my story. If you’d asked me to take my jacket off five years ago in college when it was sweltering hot, I’d have said, "No, I’ll have sweat patches," but the truth? I was hiding, insecure about how skinny I was. Fast forward to today - I’m more than comfortable with my top off, and this journey has been nothing short of transformative. The photos, number 1 and 2, you see below captures me at a point where I wasn’t even at my skinniest. I’d just started working out at home, knowing that one day, these images would be an artifact - a reminder of where I started. That was exactly 1,964 days ago. I had a mix of times staying consistent with training and eating what I thought was enough, but the setbacks were real - injuries, hard cardio with football and mountain biking... all things that don’t exactly help a skinny guy bulk up. The real change came when I finally took accountability: I learned how to get bigger, build strength, grow muscle, and understand what to eat and how much. The difference? In the last 400 days, I’ve had more progress than in the previous 1,564 combined. Photo 3 & 4 for reference. The impact on my confidence and mental wellbeing is night and day from then to now. There’s definitely physical progress, and a lot more to come - I’ll share more on that soon. Today’s lesson: Keep yourself accountable. Move your body 3-7 times a week, pay attention to what you eat, and know that if you want to transform, it’s absolutely possible over time. Even if you don’t see the changes at first, your mind will thank you for it. Photos 1 & 2 - Before Photos 3 & 4 - After

👋Hey, I’m Lewis from England! After years in the online business space as well as in my own fitness journey from unhealthily skinny, I’ve seen ups, downs, and everything in between. I’m here to share my journey and build a community rooted in accountability. Read below👇... Who I Am - I’ve been around the block in online business ventures. From running a marketing agency, taking 17+ calls with 6-7 figure CEOs and closing none, to dabbling in stocks during the AMC/GME run - where I doubled my money in under 6 months (despite being down -39% at one point). I’ve been an appointment setter for multiple six-figure coaches, bringing in up to $38,000 in a single month, and started my own professional service business, making £7,983 in profit in the first 28 days and consistently hitting four figures per month… until I lost it all. Why I Made This Account - Through all this, I’ve realized it’s not about finding the “perfect” tactic, the smartest habit, or the next sales trick. What really matters is showing up every day, holding yourself accountable, and doing the work without putting it off for a “better time.” Even when I was 15, people told me to pursue coaching, and I’ve always wanted to do something like this. Now feels like the right time to bring that vision to life. What to Expect Here - I’m here to build a community of people committed to growth in every area - business, mindset, fitness, relationships, and more. When we improve one area, everything else rises too. Expect daily check-ins, goal-setting reminders, open discussions about goals, business, and growth, along with insights from my own experiences. This is a space for daily motivation and a chance to track your journey alongside others. Looking forward to growing with you all.
