Seriously though, if you read the full ruling, the committee admits wrong doing on the part of Tamale City as claimed by King Faisal (a case of double registration was established), but it dismissed King Faisal’s case simply because the committee says registering for the same club under two names does not render a player “unqualified”. Wild!
