@FeingoldDaniel I would like to know if the secretariat (LCAG) confessed to the APPG & Ray McCann that LCAG & CIOT firm WTT had promoted, encouraged & sold for profit, non-disclosure of loans on the 2019 Tax Return. Did Ray McCann know this when deciding to reward that behaviour with discounts?

@FeingoldDaniel If not for McCann's letter then nobody would know that the APPG had met with McCann in February 2026. The APPG didn't announce it nor report on it. Nor did LCAG as secretariat. That seems very odd. Why the secrecy? And did LCAG confess to promoting & selling non-compliance?

8 weeks: According to a written response from McCann he had a meeting with the APPG 8 weeks ago on 3rd February 2026. Why has the secretariat not published any minutes of this meeting? Is a meeting with the Reviewer not deemed relevant to the 67,000 wider #loancharge community?

I do not understand the reluctance of the #Loancharge APPG secretariat (LCAG) to publish the minutes of a meeting they had with Ray McCann regarding the #loancharge Review. What is being kept from all those LCAG & the APPG claim to represent? loanchargeappg.co.uk/publications/

#Loancharge WTT say they have issued a blog on their Website about their own failed Judicial Review. I can’t see any such blog. Can anyone provide a link and/or tell me if this is public or hidden?

@NO2019LoanCharg LCAG are the secretariat, so that’s their job. Previous meetings had published minutes. Could it be that LCAG do not wish to publish that they took their partners in crime with them yet again, but did not confess to McCann or the APPG that LCAG encouraged people not to comply!

@gregwrightYP McCann letter to the APPG Chair. "It was good to meet with you & some of your APPG colleagues on 3 February 2026 to discuss my report & the issues raised in your letter of 16th December 2025." Yet no published minutes from the APPG. Silence. People left hanging🧐

Seven weeks since Ray McCann met with the APPG (with LCAG in attendance as secretariat) and yet no published minutes and no mention of this meeting by LCAG even to their own paying members🧐 loanchargeappg.co.uk/wp-content/upl…
