🚨✍️ Dois jovens de Santa Catarina foram condenados a 2 anos de reclusão por racismo após enviarem figurinhas com frases como “perigo, área com negros circulando, cuidado com assaltos”, “negro x humano” e “blz tição” em um grupo de WhatsApp. O denunciante, natural do Pernambuco, questionou as mensagens e escreveu “pra mim já chega, gente” antes de sair do grupo. Mesmo assim, os dois continuaram enviando figurinhas. A defesa alegou que tudo não passava de “brincadeira”, mas o desembargador Alexandre Morais da Rosa, do TJSC, foi direto: “O conteúdo das mensagens torna evidente o dolo de praticar discriminação baseada em cor, sendo inadmissível a utilização de expressões de natureza manifestamente racista a pretexto de ‘brincadeira’”.
