I am beyond surprised writing this but I am super pissed at @SingaporeAir for breaking my luggage and absolute no clarity on the process. Nobody knows anything. It’s been 15 days that we are on sorting 1 case. Amazed that such a prestigious airline would do that.

@SingaporeAir I am not sure why is your team bargaining. You guys mishandled & broke my luggage. Either pay me as per last suitcase bill or get me the same product. It’s simple. Out of everyone, SIA was the last airline I would imagine to mishandle, and never imagine you would bargain on it.
