Took a minute to run it through the trade attorneys but here's Flexport's official post about the Supreme Court's tariff ruling

Have you spotted that the tariff rate with China theoretically dropped by 10%? I've read everything for the past few hours, and If I'm not mistaken prior to today, China base tariffs excluding Sec.232+301+Standard HTS were 20% (10% from the Fentanyl Tariff + Reciprocal/Liberation Day) & this 20% was enforced through IEEPA. So since those have been found unlawful, and have been voided, we've now moved to a 10% global tariff, theoretically China tariffs have been reduced by 10% if I'm correct. Any chance you've come to this conclusion to?
