@NOW Why is your user experience so utter shite? I want to watch sky sports golf and it is utterly impossible to find. I don’t want to watch all the other crap you want me to watch. I just want to watch a specific channel and yet you make it almost impossible. Beyond crap UX
@NOW It seems that if you continue with the same atrocious attitude to even the most basic customer service you won’t need a Help Centre, because you won’t have any customers left!
The only part of your business that functions 100% is the collection of customers cash. Shocking!
@NOW Disgusting service NOW TV not the first time I cannot gain access to my subscription with your stupid TV code on my TV screen been trying for an hour it’s your problem not my connection your IT people need to sort this why should I be paying for a service that does not work
@NOW I have never known such a useless company in my life. Over the last six months, I have tried to sign in. Everything is fine until they want my old PIN, which I have lost. You send away for a new code, and every time you put it in ( over 12 times) it doesn't work. Never again.
@NOW What used to be a decent service is now truly horrific. Phone lines closed on the automated system despite being well within the opening hours, cant replace broken routers and forcing you to another provider. Bye Bye Now Broadband.
@NOW I am really frustrated. You keep saying I am logged in or streaming from a different device. I have changed my password twice tonight and you still wont let me watch
@NOW Can you PLEASE give customers an update on when the Internet will be back on? It's been 3 days now, and there have been no emails or any information on what is happening. Im constantly wasting my time restarting the rooter and checking online if my line is on. SORT IT OUT!!
@NOW Why don’t you reply to emails?? There’s absolutely no point in giving us a contact email just to ignore it!!! And sort out your chat staff, completely useless and pathetic service. As others have said, you won’t have customers if this continues
