@NOW It seems that if you continue with the same atrocious attitude to even the most basic customer service you won’t need a Help Centre, because you won’t have any customers left! The only part of your business that functions 100% is the collection of customers cash. Shocking!

Just got the internet it’s been out since 13,30 today. No broadband no Television Eircom. And I’m only with them a week.
