On August 3rd, a transformer was replaced in my neighborhood. When it was turned on for the first time, it fried equipment at local restaurants, some of my neighbors' electronics, and pretty much all the expensive components in my podcast studio. I filed a claim with @oncor who used @4ChangeEnergy, and was told I'd hear back in 10 days. Then, 13 days later, I posted this story with pictures, only to be told by Oncor to "privately message them." When I did, their AI instructed me to call a number and wait up to 10 more days.🙄 4D Chess podcasts will resume when this dispute is settled.

@LalaPartyof1 Hey there, your usage is sent to us from your TDU and we bill accordingly. We do not manipulate usage. You're most likely using less electricity now due to the cooler temps. Your A/C doesn't run as long as it does in the Summer, even if you don't change your thermostat.

4change, riddle me this: how have I been doing the same thing that I’ve been doing all summer but all of a sudden I’m using 1000 kWh less? I mean literally nothing has changed. Hurry up please…. @4ChangeEnergy

@4ChangeEnergy Hey, every month i’m having some fees added to my account. My usage is 35 and I never let it get turned off but somehow it’s almost 100 dollars. I will switch if this is the case
