Rand sees the writing on the wall. He knows Massie is cooked, will likely be losing his primary, which means that his seat will be targeted in 2028. Rand acknowledged this on a TV appearance a few months back. He believes this can save his career, now that the woke right groypers who worship Massie have recently turned against him, so now he needs the MAGA vote. I have a better idea what he can do to save HIMSELF from a brutal primary in 2028: either round up 4 other Senators to call a special meeting to remove John Thune, or rally other Senators to support nuking the filibuster to get SAVE America passed & on President Trump's desk. He did sponsor the bill, but has not supported terminating the filibuster. Do that too, Rand, & then we'll talk about 2028.
