Always choose Arabica over Robusta. I can drink Arabica all day and I'm fine; two shots of Robusta and I fall into panic. I'm not the only one. Unless you're a shift worker or similar, you don't need to be messing with Robusta.

@JamesLucasIT There are a few, but my newborn niece is at the top of the list. I was very scared to meet her and filled with unexplainable dread because change is uncomfortable. When I first saw her all of that just dissipated instantly because she was so beautiful and magical.
