@ASUS_ROG_IN don’t buy an asus rog. ever. it’s a complete waste of money and it will work maybe half the time, then you need to do stuff like factory reset it and fully reinstall the embedded controller and other headache-y shit just to get it to function normally

Bought Asus 65w multi pin laptop charger, and it burned motherboard of laptop when connected. Authorised service center said to replace motherboard and didnt bother testing new charger. So new branded charger is costing me whole laptop. @ASUSIndia @ASUS_ROG_IN @ASUS_ROG @ASUS

@ASUSIndia Wrost product Within a month of buying the laptop, I started having problems with the laptop. Its Wi-Fi is not showing up. it has gone bad. The Wi-Fi does not connect at all while starting It needs to be restarted it also takes 10 to 15 minutes. ASUS VIVO BOOK 16

Still no resolution from @ASUSIndia @ASUS_ROG_IN! My ASUS TUF A15 has failed 4 times. RMAs: INKCT80166, INKCT50020, IN5XT10445. Now the service centre confirms it's a "Manufacturing Defect" & repairs won't last. Why offer a "discount" for a lemon? I demand a Full Replacement!
