Even the thought leaders who say that don't believe that the corporations control the government. Know how I know that? Their solution is "Tax/Regulate the Rich" right? That means their solution is to get the people the corporations control to impose punal taxes and regulations upon those who control them! That would require those evil corporate overlords who they claim to be in control to ALLOW themselves to be taxed and regulated into oblivion, but if they're evil and in control, why would they do that? Furthermore, why did businessmen become involved with the government in the first place? Well, it's because we asked the government to regulate trade, and the more control over trade the government gained, the more pressure corporations came under and so they got involved with exercising extra influence over the government to ensure their survival. In other words, the people telling you that the corporations have taken over the government are the same people who encouraged that very outcome! Quite ironic, wouldn't you say? Want to know what's even more ironic? It's the evil corporate overlords that operate the businesses who control almost all the media and news who are platforming the increased taxes and regulations, and so you need to ask yourself, why would they allow that on businesses they own and operate if more taxes and regulations would actually take their power, the power your thought leaders claim they have, away from them?

You don't understand Right-Wingers at all. Let me give you the actual contrast between Right and Left-Wing. The Left-Wing measures its success by how many people they can help with taxpayer funded programs. The Right-Wing measures success by how many people don't need help from taxpayer funded programs. The Left-Wing ethos, however well intended, creates dependency, entitlement, and inefficient waste (not to mention multiple avenues for fraud and abuse) at the cost of liberty, progress, efficiency, and self-reliance. The Right-Wing ethos creates liberty, efficiency (as there's fewer middle men and government functions to pay for to get the same job done), self-reliance, charity, progress, and creates new wealth through innovation at the cost of less of a guaranteed safety net for those who are not productive in society, even if it's no fault of their own. There's one more thing I haven't mentioned, under the Left-Wing ethos, left unchecked, will inevitably lead to functional slavery of the population. You enslave those you made dependent because they have to do what you say in order to survive because they're dependent, that's already taking place because in Democrat advertising they're already leveraging the, 'Vote for us or you'll lose your benefits you're dependant on for survival.' in their advertising. It's along the same lines of logic as, "Do as I say slave or you will get no food." That's literally what is being threatened. They also already have partially enslaved the working class as they now functionally work for the government for free for 3 months a year, what happens if they get their way and expand that to 9 months a year? In short, no tyrant came to power by giving more power to the people to care for themselves, they virtually always come to power by promising to take care of people, just like the Left always does. I'm not saying that's what you want, I'm only saying that's what you're unwittingly enabling.

The tax collector/Sheriff (representing those who willingly do the government's bidding even if they know it's wrong, think those who shut down businesses and Churches and Synagogues during COVID scare but let strip clubs and gambling dens and supermarkets stay open), the bean counter Hiss (representing the bureaucrats), and Prince John (representing governments leadership), in other words the same as the greediest people today, those who subsist on taxing others.
