@nxcare no care shown for passengers today at Victoria coach station. No announcements, no accuracy on display boards. Staff stressed and so unable to answer simple polite questions. Crowded in passengers asked for doors to be left open to get some air, refused. Awful

@nationalexpress Victoria coach station chaos! No announcements, no information, tons of people crowded into a small space. Requests for doors to be left open for air refused. So so bad. Systems need improving, staff need training. Really bad for all involved.
