Everyone’s been told to “eat every 2–3 hours.” But constant eating means constant insulin. And constant insulin means your body never gets a break to burn stored energy. You don’t need more snacks. You need more time between meals.

You’re never too old to get in the best shape of your life. My client, Frank, 65, lost 30kg by embracing three key principles: 1. Daily movement through walks 2. Emphasis on real, nutrient-dense foods 3. Short, intense kettlebell workouts in his backyard Total weekly exercise time: 1 hour Our approach demonstrates that effective fitness doesn't require gym memberships or calorie tracking. Small, manageable changes yield powerful results. Your ideal physique is within reach, regardless of age or starting point. Age is never an excuse to put off getting in shape. — If you’d like to learn more about the 3-step process I use with my 1:1 clients to get them results like these, message me "Interested" and I’ll tell you more about it.

@AgelessMeta Glad the running has been fruitful, Myles! Excellent metrics. I only recently got my Garmin & don’t know how to use everything yet, but here’s my VO2 max.

My biggest “flex” is not what you would think. As I approached 60 a few years ago, my mortality began to hit. I knew going to the gym was helpful ( respectful the moderate weights), but I felt something was missing. Running completed it. #LiveForever #Ageless #NotDoneYet

@dr_ericberg Vince Gironda was an old time trainer of the stars back in the 60’s and trained the first Mr Olympia Larry Scott) as well as another in the 80’s ( Mohammed Makkaway). He was a strong believer in the nutritional value of whole eggs. I followed his advice to this day.

Egg yolks contain high levels of choline, which supports the liver, brain function, and detox pathways. Choosing only egg whites removes this key nutrient.

The guy Lee Haney said was the best physique he ever saw. Hey, never earned his pro card. Mid 80’s competitor. Matt Mendenhall…sadly passed away at the age of 61 a few years ago. He was something.

@mikeddonatelli I read his book when it came out .Really admire the guy. But- he doesn’t look like he had a lot of fun in his journey. Now Arnold S- guy always seemed to have a great time. My training style does not control my life

Is the end goal to be like David Goggins or the best version of yourself? Now which answer does your training protocol reflect?

@dr_ericberg Eggs. I’m not sure how long they take to digest, but really leaned into making this a dietary staple when I found out a steak can take up to 6 hrs to digest.

@Thora_Strong1 The 24/7 dedication required ( if serious) was just something I found too much. Life moved on and I have zero regrets about ever hitting the stage again.

Age 22. First time on a competitive stage. Last time on a competitive stage. Fortunate to have won the contest. Then went back to the gym the next day like nothing happened. 40 years later — nothing has changed. #NaturalBodybuilding #Ageless #BuiltToLast

It’s almost impossible to grow your quads if you don’t: 1. Train to or close to failure 2. Use a full range of motion 3. Slow down the eccentric part 4. Apply variety of volume needs 5. Use different techniques, angles and equipments Give them no other choice than to grow.

@Thora_Strong1 You have been there as well? Very cool. It is actually something I actually appreciate more now than then. At the time, it was about the next step/contest ( which I never followed thru on).

@Thora_Strong1 Thanks Thora,I have to be careful with the triceps as they grow quite easily. To this day, I try to aim for a balanced/proportionate physique. Still working on that!
