The courses taught officers about racism, “unconscious bias”, “ privilege and the importance of being an ally.” A staff survey found one in seven officers and staff (15%) had felt “ controlled and pressured” to adopt certain ideas in the sessions and the same number thought “ mistakes would be held against me”. A fifth feared being “ rejected for saying the wrong thing”. So Hampshire police , and I suspect every police force in the land , is having DEI shoved down their throats leading, inevitably, to a white lad dying on our streets because white officers had been trained to always believe a violent criminal from a minority background. Tonight I would sack Hampshire’s bloody awful chief Constable Alexis Boon who said there was no two-tier policing when the survey proves there was. He doesn’t know his own officers. I am not politicising Henry Nowak’s murder. It was politicised already - THAT’S the point. -Critical race theory politicised it. -Diversity Equity & Inclusion politicised it. -Anti-racism politicised it -Decolonisation politicised it. Those poisonous ideologies/initiatives produced handcuffs at the moment of his death. They stripped the officers of their basic humanity. They banished the core purpose of policing. This is what happens when the institutions are captured. Either you want the situation to change or you don’t.

Thanks to you ( and me) we have at last shamed The Sun into covering properly the murder of young Henry Nowak. Yesterday I tweeted the shocking fact that The Sun had cleared its front page for George Floyd, but had only given 256 words back on page 16 to the 21-year sentence for the Sikh killer who falsely claimed Henry had been racist. What happened today? The front page had been cleared as had pages 4&5 to the scandal surrounding Henry being handcuffed as he lay dying. Strange that the Sun had to take editing lessons from a bloke who gave it up three decades ago. Time for CEO Brooks and editor Newton are moved on before they kill the whole business.
