@greateranglia Thank you im partially sighted and hit my face into a sign quite hard my lip is very swollen, they sat me down and got me ice just v appreciated when the accident wasn't even on the station and they were crazy busy with other issues. They were v kind.

@greateranglia can I say a huge thank you to your customer service team at Norwich today, I had an accident away from the station before I was travelling and was a bit distressed, went to customer services who got me some ice and were so lovely even though they were so busy

If I can think of one word about JV's commentary ability that set him apart from most then it's this. Cadence. He is the voice of my youth from getting into snooker in the late 90s. And I will miss it very much.

Heart breaking to share the news that we've lost the great 'JV' John Virgo this morning, he passed away in Spain. Rosie and Brooke-Leah would like everyone to know. Our hearts go out to them both, Gary and the grandchildren. JV was doing what he loved to do right up until the end, entertaining everyone. Such an important person in my life but in our sport in general. An amazingly loyal friend to me, and someone you felt was sat with you at the match when he was commentating on TV. Hard to take this one...one great person who touched so many lives and loved the game. We will never forget you bud. RIP JV
