@T10AlarmClock Matt couldn’t track Karen when he was having a panic attack she was kidnapped. It stands to reason Matt couldn’t hear Foggy’s heart start in the ambulance when he was overcome with emotion. 💔

i see a lot of people talking about how unrealistic it would be if foggy was revived by magic. and i kind of agree. but no one is considering that maybe he was just revived the old fashioned way by a medical professional in an ambulance out of earshot from Matt

I love this but that set looks like if a Restoration Hardware got dusty. Hard not to imagine it smells like tuberose or eucalyptus. 🤣

@anthonyche50034 @justaguy0507 It would be PERFECTION if they touched those up, darkening them how they were designed, because the subtle way they lightened it up JUST right, keeping the nice dark blacks & skin tones, was done really well!

@anthonyche50034 @justaguy0507 When it came to Disney, they did a BRILLIANT upgrade, except for some key scenes that were designed to be dark. The big ones are one in Jessica where you can now see a cameraman who was hidden & a ninja fight in S2 that originally disguised stunt switches, but now it doesn’t.

Might not be a good idea to flashback to S1 cause it’s making the visual downgrade a lot more apparent😭

@ArmaPrime @justaguy0507 This is it. They need lights on set, but why bother when you can point and shoot and go home. 😭

@justaguy0507 You lose so much depth with the lack of shadows on her face it, makes it so flat and uninteresting to look at compared to the older look

@MotherNature282 @justaguy0507 I still can’t believe how good the earlier MCU movies looked! Spectacular! The special effects hold up so much better. I was watching Ash & Hannah review The Avengers, and little things like Stark’s computer stuff was GORGEOUS.

@justaguy0507 100% true. Before The MCU became a thing and was bought by Disney, all these other companies would always have better visuals than MCU/Disney. Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, etc. now you can tell pinpoint exactly where the decline started to happen with the movies/shows.

@justaguy0507 @MilKPoP447 Season 1 takes place over 2 months in 2014. There were big gaps of weeks at a time. There’s 10 months between. S2 is 3 months in 2015, with entire month-long gap. The Defenders is 1 week. The Punisher is 2 months. S3 shows a 5-month montage, and the main action is 2 weeks.

@MilKPoP447 It’s not like season 1 had any long time gaps. The entire season takes place over like a week and we see almost all of the characters’ days and whatever they were up to.

@justaguy0507 @MilKPoP447 Why would you assume this isn’t current? She wasn’t defiant last time. She was petrified. Her hair isn’t the same, nor is her shirt. This is clearly today.

@MilKPoP447 Yeah that’s the thing I’m most confused about. These aren’t just flashbacks to the same general time period, this is literally the events of S1 with Karen in jail. So idk what they could possibly show us that we haven’t see already lol.

@PineapplePinez @justaguy0507 Looks better. Still, you can clearly see the lack of lighting on set. No image can be fully fixed in post, IMO. It’s not like the other cinematographers & their budgets were out of Disney’s price range. They just want cheap & fast. Still, it’s night & day from last season.

@RickyJustinian2 @justaguy0507 It’s a CHEAP thing where a cheap cinematographer with poor technical expertise gets a fancy camera to film things faster and easier, with no concern for lighting, and we all weep into our hands. (Um. That might just be me.). It’s a practical & computer thing. Both.

@Dabien8 Tip of the iceberg for why this show is obsessed with marriage. S2, for FFS. Elektra constantly making fun of the concept while he earnestly wants it (this is the premise of S1 EP1). Over the threshold. “What are we going to do with the kids?” I’m not continuing but…wake up.

@Dabien8 getting arrested. Finale/premiere. But what’s fun is how it ties to Fisk’s proposal to Vanessa at he got arrested in total chaos (FBI raid), yelling, gave her shady instructions, there was a firefight (I think M&K’s will be peaceful), & Vanessa left on a heli alone. Not Matt!

Someone tell me why it bothers me so much that Kastle people in particular have zero interest in what DD or The Punisher mean? A complete & total block for what the story is. Who sees Aliens & thinks, “This is certainly not about motherhood? Who misses the central, CORE idea?
