some really don’t read between lines or listen to tone at all.
if they really meant what they said when they try to convince us he’s dead, the tone and choice of words would be so different.

@T10AlarmClock What is wild about this situation is that intellectually we all know they would not spoil this. We know they lie all the time. And yet every time they say what we know they have to say regardless of the truth, all of that goes out the window. It's sooo Groundhog Day.

After DD was canceled and the fandom decided to try to save it, we had years of this sort of thing where every word uttered by actors and the powers that be was put under a microscope either to use as proof the show was coming back or to start another cycle of despair. *Sigh* 😆

i knew Matt was in the previous spider-man film because one account on here that stopped tweeting they wished he would be in the movie.
that’s way less information than what we have about Foggy and i was so confident i was right then

i see a lot of people talking about how unrealistic it would be if foggy was revived by magic. and i kind of agree.
but no one is considering that maybe he was just revived the old fashioned way by a medical professional in an ambulance out of earshot from Matt

I'm not remotely convinced they're telling the truth. No matter how many times they're asked, they are not going to spoil a potentially huge reveal. This is as true today as it was six months ago. Repeating this is Sisyphean at this point. 😫

@FoggyIsDead @MattsNetiPot ok i mean i’m pretty sure i’m right based on everything they’ve said and done. but if i’m wrong, then i’m wrong. it’s really not that big of a deal. i wouldn’t like create a whole gimmick account based on trying to make people i disagree with sad or anything like that.

People are putting too much thought into this, it' not a flashback, they are not retconing stuff. It's clearly meant to be a parallel to s1 to see how far Karen's character has changed.
