In no world is Gordon 10 million more expensive than Diaz and he won’t have a similar explosion in performances either. Great decision not biting the bullet here as 85m is insane when he was going to be backup to Diaz and Kane. Hopefully we have appropriate alternatives.

Love how deco and co target their forwards. Fast, intense relentless athletes. Exactly what we should take to UCL. Incredible how they kept the Gordon chase under wraps and sealed it in a day, like Joan deal. Things like this matter if you remember how bad it used to be

A player doing exactly this (pretty much) does a world of good for current Barca. Quite like that the main targets in attack (Gordon and Julian) are ones who've torn up the CL last year too.

If there's one team in world football wherein the context fits spending this much money on Gordon, its FC Barcelona Touch heavy marquee player on the RW (Yamal), False 9 in Olmo, Ferran, etc at CF, Pacy hardworking outlet on LW to attack space (Gordon) Now thats balance. Great deal for everyone involved ✅️ Gordon will shine, no better platform for him and no better player for Barca on the left. Think Pedro at LW accommodating for Messi on the RW
