@sunnydaevt Not defending Cross. But the devs didn’t want to stop. Most of them didn’t know til we did, not even the community manager. The majority of the studio was working on the expansion slated for release *next month* only for it to get canned. That isn’t ’clearly disinterested’.

I played a lot of Destiny. I didn't play every expansion, and I didn't do every raid. And to some, yeah, my numbers in game are miniscule. Something like 300 hours total. Good game, I enjoyed it. But at what point is a studio ALLOWED to let go of an IP and say, "We want to do something else." Shows end. Actors leave. The burnout gets real. I think it's incredibly entitled to demand something that clearly the studio has no interest in. And even if you get Destiny 3, there's no way you can believe the studio is going to put their full effort and passion into it. It would simply be to appease the Destiny community.

The revival of destiny

@OrangeSmileCat Arc Raiders has been great. Extraction shooters aren’t my normal cup of tea, but once the aggression based match making kicks in it gets very chill. The PvE is great, people are nice and funny and there’s some very memorable moments. PvP threat is there, but keeps its suspense.

Cis people fundamentally do not understand the oppression of trans people. Our problems are minimised, we are forced into sex work, we lose housing, healthcare, bodily autonomy and get constantly abused, yet we still need to appeal to our oppressors and beg them to give a shit.
