#sbpdchat The end of the year brings a lot of excitement as well as sadness. Another year is done, another year of learning and fun. Each year I learn as much from my students, as I hope they learn from me.
@MrsASalvesen@literatemind@gcouros#sbpdchat I have also been using a list of #mustdos and #candos for 2 years now. The students in my class are able to take control of their own learning. They know they must complete a certain amount of work each day, week, and then they can do things they choose.
@literatemind@gcouros Totally agree! I have been using #selfegulation w #DailyFive & have jobs that my s's can independently set up and clean up. They can be creative & chose which tasks they want to do each day. There are of course some #mustdos but this gives them choice in their learning!#sbpdchat
I am working with a kindergarten teacher and we are talking about learning centers in the classroom. Do you have any pictures from your room? How are some ways you see them being used most effectively? #kinderchat

Thank you, @KipBateman, for visiting @SBSDMJ and teaching our 4th graders about government and the role of a state senator. It was very informative. @MrsVC3@kwboyce@skarinsky
