Right I have gone through the latest 20mph data for Wales and have made this video. However, I know many of you prefer a thread so I've done that as well. Long story short, 20mph seems to be working VERY well and is already paying for itself. [Thread]

Familiarisation visit for the @CCHACorporate in house property team as we prepare to handover Phase 3 at Longwood Grange in partnership with @Bellwayhomes1 .

Last week, we took some new tenants to see the apartments they will be moving into in January. Longwood Grange is still a work in progress, with a total of 42 much needed new homes being built in partnership with Bellway by the time the project ends in 2026.
