@CarloKuip We're back! DeployIfNotExists (DINE) policies will be picked up by Change Analysis, but we are working on populating more information about Azure Policy as a client type in the future! -JW

@CarloKuip We're continuing to grow the list of supported resource types, including more child resource types, such as Key Vault keys and secrets. For app configurations, you can enable diagnostics logging with Azure App Service for changes within your applications: learn.microsoft.com/azure/app-serv…

@AzureGovernance For the app configuration, it would be nice to detect changes to key-value stores associated with a configuration store, same for key vault, updates to keys, secrets and certs are significant events for some of our customers.
