if my grandparents was still alive but she was really tired and just generally feeling old i'd first put them on pinealon + epitalon to fix her circadian rhythm and and address some longevity concerns then i'd get them on SS-31 to repair and stabilize the inner structure of the mitochondria and then follow up with MOTS-C and NAD+ to spawn some fresh mitochondria, increases glucose uptake, and up the ATP production energy would go through the fucking ROOF. they'd feel twenty years younger, minimum. (would obviously also make sure she was resistance training, eating good, address thyroid, and do low doses to avoid metabolic shock). this is not medical advice.

if you want to be a TOP DOG, you have to have an absolutely RUTHLESS standard for efficiency to a fucking ridiculous point where boils down to how you think about EVERYTHING ... which walking route gets me to my kitchen from my office the fastest to grab a beverage ... i need to shit but i am going to wait 30 mins so i'm faster when i do it ... i need groceries, i'm going to go 30 mins before closing so there's no lines ... i want XYZ thing get done but it is not worth my time, so i am going to hire someone for it and then you have a select amount of things that actually matter to you that you don't give a shit about efficiency on. could be running, gym, cooking, dates, partying, building something, reading etc. just to make up for the mental turmoil of your normal state of mind because the purpose of this is not to dehumanize you or become a slave to the clock it's to free you from it faster.
