@HairyBikers So sad 💜💜

Hi everyone, I’m afraid I bear some sad news. Most of you will know Dave has been fighting cancer for the past couple of years. Last night, on 28th February 2024, with Lili, Dave’s wife, his family, close friend David and myself by his side, he passed away peacefully at home. All who knew Dave are devastated at his passing. His beloved wife brought him such happiness as did her children, Iza and Sergiu who Dave loved like his own. Personally, I am not sure I can put into words on how I feel at the moment. My best friend is on a journey that for now, I can’t follow. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime. I wish you god’s speed brother; you are and will remain a beacon in this world. See you on the other side. Love ya. I know Dave and his family would want me to thank all of you who sent messages of support in recent times. It meant the world to him, his family and all The Hairy Bikers team. I am sending you all much love and gratitude for those simple acts of kindness, generosity and spirit. We are eternally grateful for them. May I ask you all for one further kindness and allow Lili, his wife, his family, close friends and I some time and some peace to process our huge loss. I am sure I will see you all soon. Love Si x

@ThisisDavina I was given it by my gynaecology consultant as I’m high risk womb cancer. I also was told 3yrs ago lose three stone (womb cancer loves excess weight) and get fit. I’ve done that - it’s my 3rd year fitness anniversary today! Fit and healthy at 50, no symptoms now 🙌🙌🙌

Can I ask all you lovely GPs or nurses that’s specialise in mirena coils. R u not allowed to put in mirena for menopausal women for hrt ? And is there a health reason for this ? Only women with periods allowed to get one ? Thank you 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@ThisisDavina I have an appointment booked for the marina coil next month, I was recommended it by the menopause Dr after taking progesterone for 4 month. Hope it's a game changer!! Along with Sandrena... #perimenopause

@DionneRWilson Hrt helps with symptoms full stop. And helps your bones and heart health . It’s not a finite thing , yr symptoms, they can carry on after menopause. That’s why many women stay on hrt with drs guidance. My mum on it and 93 yr old neighbour on it 😂

@george_ezra So sad to see so many rude and ungrateful comments.. George is a real genuine guy and he’s human just like the rest of us… ive had to cancel things at a moments notice when a migraine struck (thankfully dont get thrm anymore) .. if you’re ill your ill,give him a break people!

Hi everyone, unfortunately George has started feeling incredibly unwell this afternoon. He’s been diagnosed by a doctor as having acute vertigo and as a result we sincerely regret to announce that tonight’s show at the O2 in London will not be able to go ahead as planned.

My neighbour has some Christmas Crooning songs on and singing along to them,he's 90 years old and you can hear how happy he is singing away and its lovely..It's a shame im gonna have to smash his windows for doing it before December..
