Pathologists also anaylise bleeding and see if it bled into surrounding tissue. There could have been internal bleeding. Everything is checked.

Charging documents claim that #D4vd used a "sharp instrument" to kill #CelesteRivasHernandez and that on or about May 5, 2026 he dismembered her.

@aenergiia @SF_investigates The tool marks also play a big role and just from those, they can determine time the body was mutilated, so forth. Enviromental factors like soil or water in the wounds can also determine location and where the death happened.

@aenergiia @SF_investigates A pathology team can determine time of mutilation on corpses like observing tissue and the state of decomposition at the site of the cuts. Damage to decomposed tissue behaves different. Also insect activity would give a clue. They can also do pathology tests under a microscope.

April 23, 2025 is the date detectives have zeroed in on in the murder of #CelesteRivasHernandez. Just two days earlier, #D4vd announced that presale tickets for the Withered Tour would go on sale on April 23 and proclaimed that he was back. That raises even more questions about who knew what, and when, and who stood to lose the most. Hopefully, more charges are still to come. If David is arraigned this afternoon, I will be there to watch him led into a cage. If he fights the charges, I will be there every day of the trial. Justice for Celeste has begun.

@SF_investigates TMZ has changed their tune now and said that the DA intends to file charges against D4vd on Monday.

@SF_investigates Yea they are also saying that the LAPD is trying to twist the DA's arm and just went ahead and arrested him without the DA beng ready to charge him. They are saying that there is no Complaint against him and that if the DA does not file this weekend, he can walk free on Monday.

After pounding the table that there was no cause or manner of death in the #CelesteRivasHernandez case TMZ is now trying to backpedal and make it seem like the Medical Examiner just ruled her death a homicide. That’s not accurate. In my opinion this was ruled a homicide back on November 21, 2025, when the motion was filed to seal the records. An emergency motion was filed that day after they were notified that the Medical Examiner had completed the autopsy report, including the manner of death. The Medical Examiner itself indicated this at the time. On that same day, they stated they could not release any information, including the cause and manner of death, which strongly suggests those determinations had already been made. Here is their exact statement: “On Friday, November 21, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner (Department) received a court order, initiated by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), to place a security hold on Medical Examiner case number 2025-14252, Celeste Rivas Hernandez. No records or details associated with the case, including the cause and manner of death and Medical Examiner report, can be released or posted on the website until further notice.” #D4vd

7+ months since Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found dismembered in the front trunk of #D4vd’s Tesla, and still no charges, no press conference, no answers. LAPD’s own press release told the public there may be no criminal culpability beyond “concealment of a body.” That was a lie. Concealment is a misdemeanor in CA. Dismemberment is mutilation of a corpse, a felony. The DA’s own legal filings confirm her body was cut apart and placed in separate bags. That is not “concealment,” and they knew that from day one. They lied to us. So why are LAPD and the DA lying to the public? They also sealed the Medical Examiner’s report, claiming it was only to ensure detectives received it first, yet months later it remains sealed. Why the silence? Why no transparency? Why no charges? What are they hiding? Is this a blown investigation? We cannot move on and forget about this case like they want us to. Justice delayed is justice denied. The time for accountability is now. Yesterday marked seven months since #D4vd ’s Tesla was towed with Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s dismembered body in the front trunk. Seven months, and we still have nothing but sealed medical examiner records. A sworn affidavit used to justify sealing those records claimed that LAPD only wanted to ensure they received the report before the public. Yet the report, which should be public, remains sealed. I believe it remains sealed because its contents would spark public outrage and a demand for answers, answers that law enforcement and prosecutors have failed to provide. They have not even held a basic press conference, something routinely done in high-profile cases. A dismembered 14-year-old does not appear to warrant informing the public, even though a murderer, or multiple perpetrators, may still be free among us. As far as I am concerned, this has been a complete failure. I also cannot understand why the family has remained silent. Are they concerned about what they knew? Are they being intimidated? Or is justice for Celeste slowly fading away? Yes, cases can take time, especially when there is no clear starting point. But that is not the situation here. Criminal grand juries also do not investigate indefinitely. In Los Angeles County, criminal grand juries are typically empaneled for 30 days. When a new grand jury is seated, they are provided prior materials, but they did not hear the testimony themselves. In many ways, the process starts over. Since David’s parents appealed, the previous grand jury’s term has now expired. Here we go again. No indictment. No press release. No press conference. No answers.
