If you tax a billionaire at 8%, you know what? They still are still a billionaire. Their kids' kids' kids' kids' kids are going to be rich. They're gonna be okay." $80 million of assets taken each year will add up to $1 billion of assets taken in 13 years, with nowhere near enough money raised to pay for all the public largesse this guy is promising.
