Best side event at @EthCC so far. Last Sunday, our co-founder @BilyanaChristov joined the jury at the @RaylsLabs Hackathon. The day kicked off with "Institutions Onchain," an afternoon of panels on privacy infrastructure and tokenized deposits featuring the Ethereum Foundation, Deutsche Bank, and Société Générale FORGE. Then hackathon teams presented builds on Rayls Privacy Nodes, from RWA tokenization to autonomous AI agents. Stunning views and great conversations @RaylsLabs and @LimeChainHQ know how to do events.

Things we've learned running marketing for multiple web3 projects simultaneously: every project thinks they're unique. And they are. However, the patterns behind what works are remarkably consistent. The biggest bottleneck is never budget - it's decision-making speed. And 90% of marketing problems are actually positioning problems. Three things that matter more than follower count for CT: 1. Reply quality - are real people engaging or bots? 2. Quote tweet ratio - are people sharing your takes? 3. DM inbounds - are builders reaching out? Vanity metrics lie. Signal metrics don't.
