Innovation at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center pushes the boundaries of what is possible and shapes a better future for cardiovascular patient care. On Monday, we celebrated 25 years of innovation – exploring our center’s the past, present and future.

The Section of Vascular Surgery has a new faculty member: Craig Brown, MD! He completed his residency and fellowship here, and now he joins us as a Clinical Assistant Professor.

After breaking ground in late 2003, the Frankel Cardiovascular Center (then U-M CVC) opened in June 2007, offering a new way of treating & studying cardiovascular disease. The building united many people and programs dedicated to heart and vascular care.
