I initially started this to follow spurs news as my old X was full of shite. Since then, ive got into investing. Still learning, made some silly decisions early on, made some good ones early on. But getting there, 3 months in. Want to get involved with more of the community!

📊 Day 52 | Road to £100K Portfolio: £24,075.56 Today’s P&L: -£31.00 (-0.1%) Red day. Nothing dramatic, just the market doing its thing while I was drowning in work emails and wishing I was still sitting on a beach in Greece eating gyros 🇬🇷 Some days the portfolio looks after itself. Yeah, i do need them to start climbing though, between the 4 im about £55 up, i was probably about £200 up 3 weeks or so ago but just trickled back down, they never seem to spike at once, again, long game with these but amazon is one I hold and that will stay in the portfolio for sure!

@BradInv94 It’s still amazing getting 20/30% a year that’s amazing returns, I did want to buy $AMZN at one point might still do, I did have $GOOG and sold too early

Little story Immigrated to England when I was 9 with my mum, barely making ends while renting. Started working at 16, made a lot of bad life decisions, gotten into bad crowds and drugs. 2 years ago gotten sober and last year November decided to change and start investing

Yeah absolutely, ive come to learn that, im holding 4 of the mag 7 which has slowed down my gains massively, again from the earliest part of my investing to just dip my toes in but now, at one point I will definitely be selling at least one of them into something with more growth potential

@BradInv94 Everyone hoping to gain over 100% in a year on stocks over 1T market cap don’t realise how much good news/ deals it will take to have runs like that, stocks over 1T are like long term that you still get the 30-50% a year but no crazy runs

Fair play to you mate! Yeah i hope so as well really, he deserves it after the 2 years of shite he’s played with and had to adapt so quickly. Even for him to be doing the team talks is future captain esque, a lot of responsibility for a lad his age but i definitely thinks he’s the long term cm for us

@BradInv94 Always had a soft spot for spurs with bale and robbie keane so im glad be is appreciated hope he can make the midfield position his own this as versatile as he is he should be there

Monday’s and Tuesdays daily buys into $VWRP. £20 added today. Did you grab any more?

Lovely! Yeah where Nvidia was one of my first buys. I went in being a bit cautious which isnt a bad thing, but certainly has cost me gains elsewhere, it will take some good deals as you say and time to hike up so it may be a longer hold or one I eventually rotate out of but its all part of the learning!

@BradInv94 Yes I’m still holding all of it, I bought Nvidia before I bought AMD and sold it as was holding it and sold for like £50 profit 😂 then bought AMD, with nvidia it’s a money maker but not a growth stock like AMD for NVidia to have a run like AMD has had will need big deals

@JS_Invests Exactly that, curious to see what the reaction is from the Fed tomorrow in the us, could shake things up some more but were here for the long term!
