@BridgecrestHelp tomorrow I'm filing a formal complaint regarding my auto loan. One of your agents totally disregarded what I said, and went into my account and took money today. I specifically asked her not to do that. Now I cannot access my online portal. I guess she disabled.

You all told me I'm covered by the power train warranty now you this random person is now saying i do not have a warranty. This is what I mean. I need a running car. My mileage says one thing while Buick says my mileage is different. You all broke the contract according to this. So yes you need to trade out my car or fix the issue...

Feeling stressed out of my damn mind currently getting thr run around from @BridgecrestHelp @Carvana and @Buick. Bought a car from them less than 2 years in my car is telling me I have engine transmission failure. I look at my account it says I'm covered by insurance for this and I'm told to call all of them but no one has an answer......I need a car to go to work to pay for the car I go to work in this needs to be fixed can someone figure out what needs to be done here....to top things off the mileage doesn't match what you sold me...do I need to make other calls 🤔
