@GuyDealership I jus sold an ultra low mile 2022 Jeep Gladiator to Carvana. They gave me the highest offer and it was so smooth. Picked up when they said, paid off loan like they said, and cash sitting in my bank acct next a.m. 10/10 would recommend!

@Carvana Don’t buy anything from them! My car broke down needing a new transmission in 27 days from purchase. I purchased carvanacare warranty and denying my claim giving me the run around! NEVER buy here. I’m filing a complaint with attorney general.

I bought my car on June 09, 2026 and on July 5, 2026 it broke down at a stop light with the transmission light on. Had to be towed home and to a shop. No in network shops so I’ll have to pay $350 deductible. Silver Rock denied claim even though I bought carvanacare warranty. Silver Rock is horrible, rude. I filed complaint with California department of insurance regulations. Do not buy from Carvana. Get rid of Silver Rock and inspect cars before selling them!!

NEVER buy a vehicle from Carvana. I went to pick up a 2023 Chevy Traverse today. The vehicle smelled like a pig was slaughtered and left in it for days. The person in charge of handing off the vehicle swiftly ran in the back and hid. This involved a lot of people as the car was delivered from another State. Carvana thinks it’s 1983 and I’m buying a Pinto!!!

Hey @Carvana I would like to share with you and my 11.6k followers how utterly disappointed I am with the abysmal customer experience I have had. This is my 2025 Chevy Equinox that I picked up on Monday. This shoddy repair job on the steering wheel here was not disclosed on the posting for the vehicle, but was the very first thing my wife and I noticed when we picked it up. When I submitted a claim for this undisclosed damage, you immediately rejected it and called it "normal wear and tear." This thing has 26,000 miles on it. There is no universe in which this damage can be considered "normal wear and tear," and you know that. But you'd rather save a few hundred bucks than ensure the customer gets exactly what you sell them. Your advocate that I spoke with on the phone actually went above and beyond by reaching out to the person that denied my claim, and they essentially relayed to me that it wasn't a huge eye sore, so therefore it is denied. I beg to differ (and I believe the advocate I spoke with felt the same way, but she couldn't say as much), as would anyone with the sense of sight. What's even more disappointing is your claims department is not customer-facing, so I have exactly zero recourse on such matters. I cannot appeal. I cannot even hear from them directly as to why this should be denied (unless a customer-facing advocate DMs them while I'm on the phone), nor can I speak my case as to why it should be approved. All I get is the ability to upload TWO pictures and click submit. Your claims department may as well be a community standards appeals department for social media. I know you have a 7-day return policy, but here's the issue. I've already exchanged one vehicle. This is my second vehicle in as many weeks, and every time someone has to exchange a vehicle, they have to go through an entirely NEW loan application process since auto loans are vehicle-specific. But you know this. This isn't exactly an enjoyable process to begin with. You market your company as being so much better for the customer experience because they don't have to put up with sales people. But if someone has an issue with what they purchase, their options are to live with it, or they have to go through another credit inquiry, loan application, closing, and funds distribution process. You should have made this right by repairing the steering wheel properly, or replacing it. But instead you chose to tell the customer to eff off as soon as you were done selling to them... I am absolutely 100% beyond disappointed, frustrated, and pissed.

So, my daughter bought a car off Carvana (no, nobody asked me, so..). “Passed” state inspection on the 5th (their “inspector”) just before delivery. We had a shop take a good look at it. The rear brakes are… basically gone, practically metal to metal. Rotors warped. Half the pad barely making contact. Nice.
