@Carvana is a joke. We had to schedule an out of state trip to pick up a car today and they rescheduled 9 hours before delivery time. Needless to say the order was canceled and we will not be recommending them at all

Bought my BMW from @Carvana less then 100 days ago, Carvana gives you their own coverage for 100 days, took it in for back door not opening &check engine light on and was told the diagnostic charge was over $500 for the 2 issues What’s the point of the 100 days if I have to pay

Gotta say… REALLY impressed with @Carvana. First time customer and DAMN, they got me for life. Too efficient and too easy. Haven’t heard someone say “I LOVE my job.” in a long time… Patrick, the delivery driver, said just that. Service was top tier. #Carvana

Unfortunately I have to walk back my glowing review of $CVNA (@Carvana). With the return policy I had to apply for a whole new loan (USAA). Now my interest rate is a lot higher & I have to pay $4,800 more over the life of the loan. Wish their “150 point inspection” caught these.
