@jason_howerton And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. - 1 Thessalonians 1:10 He has saved us from an inevitable wrath. Glory be to Jesus.

Pastor preached a sermon about hell today. The kind you don’t hear often in churches these days. I didn’t leave feeling afraid or angry at God for creating such a place. I left in complete disbelief that God would ever save such a wicked man like me after all I’ve done. Hell isn’t unfair. It’s unfair that I get to go to heaven

CV Tips!! Walk with me… 1. Keep your CV black and white. Avoid multiple colors. 2. Don’t add your picture. 3. Do not add your NIN, BVN, or passport number. 4. Don’t add your state of origin, LGA, religion, height, or weight. 5. Do not add your full address. “Ikeja, Lagos” is fine. 6. Arrange your work experience in descending order. The most recent should come first. 7. Don’t list your job descriptions under each work experience; list your achievements. 8. Make it very simple and easy to read. You won’t be there to explain it to the recruiters. 9. If you’re a fresh graduate, your CV should not exceed 2 pages. 10. Don’t tell lies or claim what you’re not. Add only what you can defend very well. 11. Thoroughly read your CV to ensure there are no typos. I have seen candidates add incomplete phone numbers and emails, and we could not contact them. 12. Save your CV with your name. E.g., “Amos Nsemeke,” not “New Me.” New you with bad character? 13. Save it as a PDF. Stay tuned for job application tips. Follow @Ajidng for more.

I have people in my DM whom I reviewed their CVs and told them they are competent and won't take weeks to land a role. They followed my instructions, and many of them confirmed that they have received offer letters. Listen, I have done recruitment enough to know a competent person when I see one. I'm not bragging, but you have to respect my achievements in recruitment. Go and verify…..

Politics Twitter? Shullai? Well. This ticket will not garner as much votes as you expect. Here's why: 1. There are many people who believe that the 8 years North, 8 years South should remain. And because of GEJ 2015, many won't agree that Obi will so one term. 2. There's an "Igbo Presidency" problem; and Kwankwaso has a 2031 ambition. He may lose a lot of credibility being VP candidate to Obi. 3. There's the "Obedients" problem. The way they carried the politics, it looked like war. Too many enemies were born against the Obi presidency that lost a lot of support from non SE states in the South. 4. The "Numbers Problem." I'll stop here

If we are being honest, this ticket will worry Tinubu.

@WelBeast Luck. You've been lucky many times these season especially with set-pieces. Today, was not just it. City goalie made good saves. The woodwork. No set-pieces. No counters City showed more ambition and discipline. And you can't keep Kepa aside

if you don’t want to be involved, this is how you clear the air when the person who helped you raise money is being accused of mismanaging the money: My debt was cleared and I regained my freedom. My wife also received xxx to support her business. I am grateful to bla bla and everyone who helped raise the money and I’ll never take that lifeline for granted. I don’t know the genesis of this fight, but please don’t use my name for any agenda. And make sure the person making the accusation is properly notified. The barest minimum.

UPDATE!! Jon stated that if Egi Nupe hadn’t helped him out of prison, someone else would have.

Let me give you guys the full gist of this drama. - Sometime in early 2025, a football match was organized in Kirikiri between Twitter influencers and inmates. - During this time, a prisoner in Kirikiri reached out to Wizarab, saying he needed help because he was locked up over a debt. In his note, he mentioned that he had previously asked for help online, but Agba John Doe had tagged him a scam - As soon as Wizarab shared this, Egi Nupe was made the lawyer in charge of the case. People started raising funds when it was later discovered that the inmate’s wife was pregnant at the time. - With the help of Wizarab and Egi Nupe, the prisoner, Jon, was able to get out of prison and reunite with his wife. - Fast forward to 2026, Egi Nupe and Serah got into an online argument because of their different political views. Serah brought up Jon’s situation to score a point against Egi Nupe, accusing him of embezzling money meant for Jon. - Egi Nupe tagged Jon, asking him to clarify the situation since his reputation was being dragged. Jon responded, and from his explanation, there was no trace of embezzlement. - People then asked Jon to tag Serah so she could see for herself that it was all a misunderstanding, but he refused. - Jon put out a statement saying he wouldn’t tag Serah and wouldn’t pick sides. He explained that he had already clarified everything and didn’t care what anyone else wanted, as he wasn’t tagging anyone. - Twitter users are shocked and feel that Jon is being ungrateful, given all that has happened. What are your thoughts?

@BrotherPossible Yes, you can adapt to most engineering and other calculation-heavy tasks quite easily with either of them.

Engineering, Chief? Wow. 😂😂 My foster Dad is an electronic engineer. So he motivated my younger brother to also study electrical engineering. So recently, one of our cousins started staying with us. Completed secondary school, and will be writing JAMB this year. He wanted to do electrical engineering. Our father, of all persons, called him to discourage him from studying engineering especially that electrical engineering that things are not like before. I actually agreed with Dad, and my opinion is that he should consider civil engineering if he insist. But direct advice, I told him to do computer science. And that's what he registered for. I don't think engineering is as lucrative or the opportunity is there compared to the older years. I want to believe you're also opting for civil engineering.
Sir J (J9)@SirJarus

I didn't study finance. I studied economics. Your second question: Engineering.
