You should either prevent duplicate bookings, but if you prefer to collect the money for them, you should allow changes without fees for them. Otherwise you’re selling something/ taking money for something that can’t be used. Shame on you! No one should fly @SpiritAirlines.

@SpiritAirlines you did not resolve my issue on Twitter, on the phone, or through your chat. You took money for 2 tickets per person for the same flight. You sold something that can’t be used. You won’t help resolve it without fees. You should be sued for a fraudulent practice.

@SpiritAirlines So far this message from @SpiritAirlines appears to be a bot. I DMed and so far a bot experience there too. Do you have any real customer service? How can you take $ for 2 tickets per person when they can’t be used and offer zero response or recourse? Very poor service/protocol.

@SpiritAirlines I have two tickets per person for 3 people for the same itinerary, instead of 6 tickets for 6 different people. Your customer service either hangs up on me or keeps me waiting or tells me no name change. Nobody will help me. My vacation is ruined.

I’ve never seen this happen before. DOJ makes a specific sentencing recommendation; the President publicly expresses displeasure; and now DOJ takes it back and apparently will seek a much lower sentence. Unprecedented and dangerous.
