I’ve never found a saddle bag that is actually waterproof, is well made, has good zips and looks half decent. Does the perfect small to medium size saddle bag exist or am I asking too much?

@John_Rapaport @croselund We love our Swoop as well. Latest model with the Shimano motor. Two kids, typically but not afraid to carry the occasional adult as well.

@croselund xtracycle.com. Fits my 2, 4 and 8 year olds at the same time w room for gear so should meet your needs. I’ve had one for ~4 years now and have nothing but good things to say.

@croselund Longtail bikes have the passenger and/or stuff behind the adult rider. They are more intuitive to learn and easier to park at standard racks or in tight spaces. Good brands (least to most expensive): Yuba, Benno, Tern, Riese & Muller.

@pdxblake I just bought an Xtracycle Swoop to share between myself (5’9”) and my wife (5’4”) for school runs for our two kids and grocery runs. 150mi in and loving it! Changed the stock seat clamp for quick release to make switching riders easier. Room for a friend too. Awesome bags!

@ElectRyanDorsey Do we need to be done with BOPA or just done with Donna? When my wife and I moved here 12 yrs ago BOPA was doing great things to support emerging artists - eg. Would hate to lose School 33, Sondheim Prize, Open Studio Tour but w/o question these aren’t as good as they used to be
