This isn’t helpful. If you’re sleeping outside, hypothermia’s possible even when the temp is above 0°C. I was told tonight that at least there’s room at the Better Living Centre and those already at the warming centres were allowed to remain. If you see someone in need, call 311.

I took a bike ride 12 KM across Toronto.
It takes me 24 minutes @ 30km/h.
This city isn't broken, it's just that @brianlilley is shouldn't be so car-dependent. YOU are the traffic Brian.

A pedestrian refuge island has been installed on Yonge Street at the entrance to the Mount Pleasant Cemetery to improve the safety of pedestrians crossing at this location and reduce their exposure time within the crossing.
