due to a reason I can barely formulate (a spider appeared on my desk) I won’t be sitting at my desk until the entire room is extra cleaned.

I hate to say it… but I had a feeling. Craig Erwich shut down the Buffy project it feels all too familiar. This is becoming a pattern questionable calls, missed opportunities, & blindsiding both creatives & audiences who are deeply invested.And Karey Burke just promoted him.

@DEADLINE Craig always hides behind the corporate it’s “too expensive” excuse when it comes to projects with built-in audiences & cultural impact. Somehow that logic doesn’t apply to Ryan Murphy when the performance isn’t there with some of his expensive shows.

@ALisinavoid @Variety Ah thanks for the clarification. I was skeptical with the actors awards move to Netflix, but I thought they were actually better. Writing seemed sharper and people didn’t seem rushed for time.

@Capisha55 @Variety Unfortunately it’s not moving to YouTube that soon but after a few years in 2029, so unfortunately it’s still gonna be on ABC for a while. It being on streaming is honestly gonna do wonders for the entire broadcast on top of becoming of the most watched events globally.

@Variety If only she would have realized Craig Erwich needs to go not give him additional responsibilities over 20th Television and 20th Television Animation.
