When you're writing text about your company, you need to tailor it to suit your audience. Text on your consumer facing website might need to be different to text for a business audience so don't just copy and paste and hope for the best.

@DannyGroner @hazedavis We'd worked with him for a while and explained that we have to work around the media schedule, but when someone wants national coverage and then won't take part because it's inconvenient... How would you have dealt with that situation?

Argh. When PRs are really helpful, pull out the stops to get their client to call you and client calls and says it's too short notice and they couldn't possibly give you a five-minute chat. 100% that client will be telling the PR off sometime soon for not getting better coverage
