That being said, some of it was clearly AI generated - but the advice is mostly solid.. There's some hanging stuff such as dynamic bones configs (which no longer matters.. or exists in-game, I think) but nothing immediately jumps out as dangerous / outright unhelpful.

I take back my doubts about this VRChat optimization program. (I previously was skeptical because the UI looked AI generated.) I honestly don't care about how the UI was created any more. This has a lot of very useful information in it, from upgrade paths, to hardware-specific nerd stuff that I definitely didn't expect to see. There's even windows registry edit suggestions to improve cpu/gpu scheduling, which I hardly see anyone talk about.
