@PeppeGanga Il y a du chemin à faire malheureusement ... Rien de plus absurde que de forcer le rattachement d'un nouveau MCU à une équipe de recherche ciblée : ce faisant on borne sa future recherche a ce qui existe ... Un beau bâton dans les roues de l'innovation.

Après plusieurs jurys de recrutement MCF et vus les CV des recruté-es, je reste de l'avis qu'il faut arrêter avec les profiles moustachés. Organisons des concours où, selon les besoins pédagogiques, plusieurs équipes de recherche sont proposées aux different-es candidat-es.

Story of an MTA in France - an INSERM institute is sharing with us, another INSERM institute, a plasmid. An MTA is required (🤷‍♂️). INSERM is both the donor and the recipient. After more than 20 emails, 11 people and 6 weeks, INSERM has accepted to give a plasmid to itself. BRAVO

A quand un système de recrutement où selon les besoins pédagogiques on recrute un-e MCU spécialiste qui decide de faire sa recherche où il-elle veut au sein de son Université. En 2023 flécher les profiles de recherche pour recruter son doc/post-doc est TRISTE et INJUSTE ! #ESR
