@Charrzen @STANLEES4 忙的根源就在于有效的医疗秩序还没有建立。分院本质上是对于医疗资源不均的解决办法，解决的是广度的问题 解决不了错配的问题。所以医疗科普教育、培养广泛的家庭医生、建立社区医院，建设分级就诊制度都是必要的。我学习你的说法就诊很容易，普罗大众目前还是朴素认为生病了就去好医院。

中国的医疗资源、医疗能力和医疗环境落后西方一百年，落后日、韩、台两百年，所以外国人千万不要来中国就诊，不相信的话可以多问问自己身边移民出来的中国人，真的千万不要上当受骗。
